Weekend Adventures

It was such a warm weekend, I was finally able to really get outside and play! Saturday night we went over to the Monohan's for a cookout and to play in the backyard! Then on Sunday, Mommy took me swimming at YaYa and Poppy's pool!





This picture pretty much sums up the evening... Haha! It was tons of fun playing with the big kids, but I was out of my league at some points!

We went swimming on Sunday afternoon. This is me after Mommy put my sunscreen on...not too excited about the whole thing...

Now we're talkin'! A car and I'm happy doing anything! I had a ton of fun in the pool, but Mommy couldn't take any pictures because she was afraid I would try and escape and fall out of my car into the pool!

Me...all tuckered out after a big afternoon at the pool!

Children's Museum

Mommy and Daddy took me to the Children's Museum this past weekend. There was so much to do!


First, I rode the horse. He sure didn't go very fast though....


Then Daddy and I played in the Bubble Room! Look at that big bubble around me!



We found another table with bubbles...

And then I found a room that had blocks everywhere!

Adventures

Here are some pictures from a few of my adventures last week!


Me playing at the park with YaYa - she kept me last week and we had a blast!

Then on Saturday, while Mommy and Daddy went to Keeneland, she took me downtown and we played at Triangle Park!

It finally got warm here for a couple days and Daddy took me out for a ride in the jogging stroller!

Mud Pies

I am staying with YaYa today and this is the email me and YaYa sent Mommy while she was at work:

Mud Pies
Directions:
1. Spit on the ground
2. Grab a handful of dirt
3. Swish it around with your hand
4. Eat when YaYa isn't looking

Easter Weekend in Coats

We went to see Grandmommy and Granddaddy in North Carolina this past weekend for Easter. I got to do so many things, so Mommy took lots of pictures! I was a busy little boy...


This is me on the big tractor...this was probably my favorite thing, even more than the egg hunt!

Here I am sweeping off the driveway. Mommy wasn't really sure why I wanted to sweep outside, but I told her it's because we had to clean everything off for the Easter Bunny!

Look! You can see the Easter Bunny's tracks by the front door! He found me all the way in North Carolina!!! He left jelly beans by the door so I would know he came by!

Me and my Elmo Easter basket - my favorite part was all the sunglasses!

The Easter Bunny also brought these "punch balls" - you hold them by the end and bounce them back and forth. But I decided it was more fun with my sunglasses on!

The Easter Bunny even knew that goldfish crackers were my favorite snack!

Aunt Carrie and Uncle Jesse brought their two dogs with them, Lola and Emma. I loved watching them play on the sunporch. I would "woof" at them every morning!

Granddaddy has a Wii and he has the Rock Band game, so this is Uncle Jesse showing me how to play the guitar!

Then I tested out the drums!

Mommy and Daddy's friends "Uncle" Brian and "Aunt" Jen came over with their little boy, Benjamin. I was showing Benjamin all the fun things in my Easter basket!

Spoiled Rotten

I stayed with YaYa and Poppy last weekend while Mommy and Daddy went to visit Auntie M and Uncle A in Florida. Here are a few pictures of me being spoiled rotten all weekend!

Hearty breakfast of oatmeal and banana....YaYa said I became obsessed with eating bananas after that....

And what boy wouldn't want beer cheese??? Mommy about died when YaYa sent her this picture....

I look so cool in my new sunglasses! How could they have not taken me with them to Florida????
